Job Summary
Conduct photocopies, scan and file paperwork, perform data entry, and archive old files. Print and stock forms and handouts, assist with office supply inventory, and distribute mail or paperwork to appropriate parties. Email, fax, or mail documents as needed. Complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports CSN students and staff in receiving financial aid and scholarships. Applicants must have completed this year's FAFSA and be enrolled in eligible credits for the fall semester.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed this year's FAFSA
- Must be enrolled in eligible credits for the fall
- Must show a financial aid eligible major (degree or certificate program) declared with the CSN Office of the Registrar
- Must meet Financial Aid Satisfactory Progress after each semester/term
- Must show degree compliant enrollment for each semester/term for which funding is desired
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits
- Must meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program for summer semester/term employment
- Must not work another part-time position within NSHE at the same time they are employed as a CSN College Work Study student
- Must be a U.S. citizen or alien authorized to work in the U.S.
