Job Summary
Answer and transfer calls, retrieve and respond to voicemails, assist walk-in students, and help manage appointments within the Career Services offices. Participate in and assist with campus events while serving as student ambassadors for the North Las Vegas Campus. Work up to 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $14.00. This role supports students in achieving career success and provides work experience for degree and certificate programs.
Required Qualifications
- FAFSA completed for the current year
- Accepted Student Employment Award in Financial Aid Package
- Show a financial aid eligible major (degree or certificate program) declared with the CSN Office of the Registrar
- Meet Financial Aid Satisfactory Progress after each semester/term
- Show degree compliant enrollment for each semester/term for which funding is desired
- Be enrolled in at least 6 credits
- Meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program for summer semester/term employment
- U.S. citizen or alien authorized to work in the U.S.
- Not employed as a CSN College Work Study student at another part-time position within NSHE at the same time
