College to Corporate IT Internship - Technology Operations (PA)

Job Summary
Build and manage effective operations and systems that support Vanguard's internal and external performance. Achieve client outcomes by gaining hands-on experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and automation while practicing Agile & LEAN methodologies. Share insights to drive outcomes individually and collaboratively within supportive environments. Meet regularly with department and program managers for personalized coaching and mentorship. This full-time, paid summer internship begins May/June 2027 and requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field with a 3.2 GPA. No visa sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or related technical/engineering subject matter
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Strong interest in networks, platform engineering, and operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment
