Job Summary
Serve as a liaison between High Tech High and post-secondary institutions to align concurrent enrollment programs and policies. Support students through the enrollment process by managing applications, registration, and course scheduling. Develop orientation and support processes, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and maintain accurate data tracking systems for enrollment and academic progress. Offer guidance on the financial aid process and facilitate access to college resources for underrepresented populations. Assist junior/senior counselors with lesson planning, coaching, and program evaluation, while participating in bi-weekly team meetings to identify students requiring additional support. Organize family engagement workshops, college visits, and career exploration trips. Work in-person on campus as a part-time, non-exempt role (15–20 hours/week) within the College and Career Access Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data tracking and analysis to inform program improvement
- Familiarity with student success strategies and support services for underrepresented students
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve program goals
