Job Summary
Execute system setups for new customers and vendors, finalize shipment files, and generate revenue, volume, and purchased transportation reports for management. Assist with rate quotations and produce corporately required reports while supporting the International and Air Operations department. This internship is designed for juniors and seniors in International Business Administration or Logistics, requiring strong written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates must possess knowledge of domestic and international geography, including major cities and seaports, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Juniors or Seniors currently enrolled in university level programs
- Course load focus/majors in International Business Administration
- Course load focus/majors in Logistics
- Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries, major cities and seaports
- Computer skills including MS Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to multi-task
