Job Summary
The College Intern will assist the after-school team in implementing activities that support program participants' growth and well-being. Responsibilities include facilitating restorative circles, mediating conflicts, conducting wellness check-ins, and maintaining confidential information. Interns should be team players, sensitive to cultural differences, and capable of supporting participants' personal growth through observations and counseling. Collaboration with school staff and community programs is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program with an accredited college
