Job Summary
Administer Salesforce environments including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud by managing users, optimizing configurations, and developing administrative reports. Support key strategic projects under a Sr. Salesforce Administrator mentor while gaining exposure to data platforms like Databricks and Power BI. Deliver presentations upon completion and maintain high standards of integrity and member privacy in accordance with corporate policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program)
- Must be in good academic standing
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time
- Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed

- Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment
