Uline’s College Graduate Development Program in Kenosha, WI is a year-long program that provides training and mentorship to develop essential skills before placement into a role aligned with your strengths. The program offers hands-on work across customer service, operations, analytics, and cross-functional projects, with placement into a suitable role upon program completion. Placement opportunities are supported by extensive training to accelerate career progression, interactive engagement with executive leaders, and exposure to core business processes. Responsibilities include building foundational knowledge of products, systems, and customers, reviewing and analyzing business reports to drive growth and operational improvement, and collaborating on projects to understand general business practices. Minimum requirements include a business-related bachelor’s degree, ability to multitask and learn quickly, strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.
