Job Summary
Maintain a visible, alert, and professional security presence while assisting with crowd management and pedestrian flow at college football home games. Monitor entrances, exits, and designated restricted areas to help enforce event policies and established safety procedures. Provide directions and professional assistance to guests, identify and report suspicious activity, and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Follow all instructions provided by supervisors and event management throughout the season. Primarily weekend shifts are available from September through November in State College, PA. Approximately 25 seasonal positions are available for dependable candidates with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation to State College, PA
- Must be available to work weekend home games
- Must be comfortable working around large crowds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must communicate clearly and professionally
- Must remain calm in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings

- Previous security, military, law-enforcement, customer-service, or event experience
