Job Summary
Prospect and network to build a client base, call on potential clients to set meetings, and develop a business strategy. Prepare financial plans and offer recommendations while gaining exposure to proprietary planning software platforms. Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings to build life skills for future career opportunities. This internship mimics the full-time Financial Representative career, allowing students to build an integrated financial planning practice from the ground up. Eligible participants may pursue Series 6, 63, or CFP® certifications with support for registrations.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time student
- Receive Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health
- Support for insurance licensing (life, health, DI, LTC)
- Support for SIE, Series 6, Series 63 registrations (eligibility required)
- national criminal background check
