Job Summary
Field Representative for Turning Point USA to execute and advance a nationwide grassroots field operation on college campuses. Responsible for recruiting, organizing, and mobilizing student activists within an assigned territory, launching and maintaining chapters, organizing daily campus activism initiatives, recruiting and training student leaders, collecting recruitment data, conducting outreach to prospective members, and supporting voter registration and engagement efforts. Represent TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements, promoting the organization's mission across in-person activities and social media. Requires travel to campuses and strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills to drive activism and chapter growth.
Required Qualifications
- Eagerness to build a strong personal brand
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
- Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook)
- Passion for conservative ideals and principles
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Positive and goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive with ethical behavior
- Receives and applies feedback constructively
- Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership
- Innovative nature and willingness to try new things
- Proven leadership development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to fulfill duties and additional duties
- Physical ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
- Experience starting campus organizations
- Sales, Teaching, or Campaign Experience
