Job Summary
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the C2 Educational Systems Inc. curriculum while assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate student records, collaborate with staff to foster a supportive learning environment, and communicate effectively regarding student concerns. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and adhere to company policies. Sessions occur after school hours Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays, with a requirement to tutor in-person. This part-time role supports students achieving their academic goals for college admissions and AP exams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
