College Counseling Technology Coordinator (Begins as Soon as Possible)

Job Summary

Conduct daily technology support for students, parents, and faculty regarding college search and application platforms like Scoir and College Kickstart. Monitor and update the Office website and Blackbaud Portal, while facilitating letter-of-recommendation uploads and coordinating standardized testing logistics for PSAT/NMSQT and PreACT. Collect and verify test data to update student records and prepare analytical reports for leadership. Manage electronic correspondence through the Office Portal, distribute questionnaires, and respond to inquiries via email and phone. Collaborate with the College Counseling team to deliver workshops and present evening programs focused on technological needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proficiency with PC and Mac platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Google Suite
  • Zoom
  • Comfort level with learning additional programs
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, establish priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Clerical, technical, or related experience working and communicating with a wide-range of constituents in an office and school environment
  • Interacts well with high school students, parents/guardians, faculty, staff, administrators, colleagues and college admission representatives from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Demonstrate initiative and collaborate as a team member

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in College Admissions, College Counseling, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of educational and college counseling software/programs a plus (e.g. Scoir, College Kickstart, Blackbaud)
