College & Career Success Advising and Program Coordinator, Community College and Nontraditional Pathways

Coordinate College & Career Success services for up to 75 students pursuing community college and nontraditional pathways; manage a caseload, supervise an AmeriCorps member, travel to Central Texas campuses to meet face-to-face with students and campus partners; assist students with FAFSA/TASFA completion and renewal, financial aid, enrollment planning, and transfer exploration to four-year institutions when applicable; connect students to wraparound supports (mental health referrals, childcare resources, emergency aid, etc.); track and analyze persistence, re-enrollment, and transfer data to inform program improvements; design and deliver program activities and events aligned with Breakthrough’s mission; build relationships with students and families, collaborate with campus staff, counselors, administrators, and external partners; foster a equitable, student-centered learning culture and support postsecondary attainment across varied pathways.
