College & Career Intervention Coach at Wellspring Preparatory High School

Duties include developing activities and interventions to support students' academic skills, soft skills, and college/career readiness; collaborating with staff and community stakeholders to identify needs and barriers; upholding the college preparatory mission; coordinating college representative visits and campus tours; delivering college advising through individual meetings, classroom lessons, and events; providing Tier 2 and 3 interventions for first-generation and at-risk students; guiding families through FAFSA and financing options; tracking college applications, acceptances, and scholarships; preparing transcripts, school profiles, and recommendations; monitoring progress toward graduation outcomes; and performing additional fair-share responsibilities with light travel for professional development and college visits.
