Job Summary
Guide scholars and families through college and workforce success by providing direct support, assisting with financial aid applications, and facilitating college readiness. Host success workshops and represent the organization at fundraising and appreciation events. This three-year full-time role requires recent college graduates who can relate to the backgrounds of students served. Submit a cover letter and resume for immediate consideration.
Required Qualifications
- A personal commitment to the mission of educational equity and supporting students from low-income backgrounds
- Recent college graduation
- Ability to relate to the backgrounds of the students served
- Close-vision ability due to computer work
- A reliable means of transportation to attend regular work as well as other off-site business functions
- Ability to submit to fingerprinting and provide a clear tuberculosis (TB) test as part of the background check
