College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate CCMR indicators across Ysleta ISD high schools, aligning Go Center, CTE, and postsecondary partnerships to HB3 Outcomes funding thresholds. Monitor TSI passage, dual credit hours, IBC attainment, postsecondary enrollment persistence to census day, and Level I/II certificate completion; collaborate with Go Center Specialists, the Director of Advanced Academics and College Readiness, and CTE to identify students at risk and drive cross-department action. Manage CCMR calendar windows, track enrollments and certifications, prepare data reports for district leadership and the CCMR Task Force, and support Go Center and EPCC/UTEP coordination for sustained postsecondary enrollment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TEA HB3 and THECB guidance, participate in professional development, and travel as required to support district/GR activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
- Three (3) years of K-12 education, postsecondary or higher education, CTE coordination, or student services experience required
