Job Summary
College Aide engages with providers and the community to process procurements and contracts, coordinates documentation for procurement and contract processes, enters and retrieves data in systems such as PASSPort, FMS, APT, HHS Accelerator, and uses CCMS/ECMS/CMS for contract monitoring. Responsibilities include reviewing procurement documents for accuracy, maintaining procurement status reports in Excel, assisting with evaluator trainings and RFP reconciliation, and supporting various DYCD program units. Opportunities exist across multiple assignment levels tied to college enrollment and IT-related coursework, with maximum tenure of 6 years and part-time scheduling aligned to student status.
Required Qualifications
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
- Employment conditioned upon continuance as a student
- Assignment Level II requires study in information technology/CS/IS/data processing with 9 credits; Assignment Level III requires IT-related study with 9 credits
