Job Summary
Provide supplemental 1:1 mentorship services and facilitate academic readiness workshops for students in grades 9th-12th. Oversee the Jr. Mentor Fellowship program by monitoring engagement and service hour completion while coordinating college tours and family engagement events. Log mentorship sessions in Salesforce, observe student trends, and communicate concerns to the Associate Program Director for follow-up. Maintain an active presence on campus and capture site content including photos and student stories with required consent documentation. Participate in weekly coaching cycles to reflect on mentorship quality and student engagement trends.

- Must meet all AmeriCorps eligibility requirements (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status; background check)
- Patience, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for working with middle or high school-age youth
