Job Summary
Lead school and campus partnerships while managing larger, complex student caseloads. Provide critical mentorship, guidance, and training support to College Fellows to maintain high-quality student programming across diverse educational ecosystems. Blend advanced direct service with internal leadership to drive deep community impact. This advanced, student-facing position requires a commitment to educational equity and supporting students from low-income backgrounds. Full-time, non-exempt role with hybrid (on-site + remote) schedule.
