Job Summary
Lead school and campus partnerships while managing complex student caseloads to drive deep community impact. Provide critical mentorship, guidance, and training support to College Fellows, blending advanced direct service with internal leadership to maintain high-quality programming across diverse educational ecosystems. This advanced, student-facing role requires a commitment to educational equity, supporting students from low-income backgrounds to realize their full potential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an experienced student advisor
- Ability to drive deep community impact
- Capacity to serve as the primary lead for school and campus partnerships
- Ability to manage larger and more complex student caseloads
- Ability to provide critical mentorship, guidance, and training support to College Fellows
- Ability to maintain high-quality student programming across diverse educational ecosystems
- Ability to blend advanced direct service with internal leadership
- Close-vision ability due to computer work
- Reliable means of transportation to attend regular work as well as other off-site business functions
- Ability to submit to fingerprinting and provide a clear tuberculosis (TB) test as part of the background check
