Collectors Clubhouse Ambassador

Build rapport within the collector community by meeting athletes where they are to create a tailored service experience. Engage in selling and service behaviors including greeting athletes, providing accessories, and sharing product knowledge while following market trends and social media awareness. Manage on-hand and inbound inventory using StockIt, ReceiveIt, and SIM dashboards, and coordinate new product launches through Homeplate tasks. Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed by adjusting visuals based on seasonal trends and replenishment processes. Leverage data analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to influence athletes to "Rip" cards within the Collectors Clubhouse. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while attending onsite and offsite training.
