Job Summary
Handle and follow up on cases in acquired portfolios using the Nova system, maintaining active dialog with customers via phone and digital channels. Drive cases forward by identifying and implementing appropriate actions while managing processes with authorities, customers, and external parties. Work proactively with prioritization and monitoring to ensure high-quality delivery through structured administrative handling and problem-solving. Collaborate closely with colleagues and other functions to support continuous improvement of work methods and processes.
Required Qualifications

- Other relevant experience
- Experience from collections (inkasso), customer service, banking, or finance
- Ability to take responsibility for work

- Comfort handling multiple cases in parallel

- Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Availability for daytime hours Monday-Friday
