Collector/Resolution Specialist

Help consumers resolve accounts via phone, email, and mail by handling inbound calls, assisting with questions and payments, and tracking all communications to keep accurate account records. Recommend next steps and generate repayment documents when needed. This role requires clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet goals. Full-time employees receive paid holidays, a PTO package of 12 days per year, and access to a 401(k) plan after six months of service. Base pay is up to $18.50 per hour with no draw against base, plus potential bonuses of $1,500+ per month for on-target performers.
