Conduct daily patient collection activities, including placing phone calls, mailing statements, and securing payment arrangements. Manage collections and denial accounts by responding to inquiries, drafting appeal letters, and verifying payment accuracy. Ensure timely resolution of assigned accounts and maintain accurate follow-up on denial cases. Requires three years of related experience.
