Job Summary
Collect delinquent debt across all stages, including early, late, and repossession phases, through outbound calls on unsecured loans and credit card portfolios. Identify first payment defaults on unsecured loans and analyze issues preventing timely remittance. Preserve the credit union's assets by managing secured debt collections and assisting staff with processing repossessed collateral. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working flexible hours as needed, including occasional Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- Pertinent Debt Collections Experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Stable work history
- Must have open availability to work shifts between M-F
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
