Responsibilities include managing daily team activities, acting as the escalation point for complex queries, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing administrative functions. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of team management experience, particularly in collections, strong financial acumen, conflict management skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Required Qualifications
