Job Summary
Supervise and mentor a team of Loan Adjusters through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management while monitoring productivity and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serve as the escalation point for complex delinquent accounts, recommending repayment options, repossessions, foreclosures, and legal actions to protect member financial well-being. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, prepare reports, and attend legal proceedings as needed. Work 10-7 hours once a week with your team. This role supports a credit union focused on accountability and professional growth within a department dedicated to exceptional member service and risk minimization.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma, or equivalent
- experience in collections, loan servicing, or a related financial services environment
- valid driver's license
