Collections Supervisor

Oversee end-to-end collections operations for all accounts, ensuring timely invoice payments and implementing strategies to reduce outstanding receivables. Supervise the collections team through task delegation, performance monitoring, and regular evaluations while identifying skills gaps for targeted training. Continuously evaluate processes to enhance efficiency, reduce receivable days, and improve cash flow by collaborating with billing and utilizing automation tools. Monitor aging reports and payment trends to prepare regular performance updates for the AVP, supporting financial forecasting and budget planning. Build strong relationships with HMO partners to resolve disputes and maintain account status, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
