Collections Strategy Manager

Lead the Collections Strategy for Chase UK's unsecured products by leveraging data analytics to optimise collections, forbearance tools, and customer solutions; own end-to-end projects, influence the product roadmap, and collaborate with Head of Collections, Product and Engineering to ensure regulatory-aligned, customer-focused outcomes. Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder engagement are essential to drive improvements across originations, account management, and recoveries within a growing, scale-up environment.
