Job Summary
The Collections Specialist role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing daily workflow to reduce delinquency, initiate and manage outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts, and resolve outstanding balances. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, meet or exceed KPIs related to collections and customer service, and participate in process improvement initiatives. The position supports a hybrid work model (2 days per week from home), requires 1–2 years of call-center experience, and expects strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
