Job Summary
Q2C Specialist role focusing on supporting collections performance, risk assessment, and data-driven insights within Kantar's Finance/Functions teams. Responsible for monitoring third-party collections, analyzing customer accounts and ageing reports, resolving disputes with internal teams and external partners, and providing data-driven insights to support risk assessment, provisioning, and audits. The position emphasizes cross-team collaboration, stakeholder relationship-building, and contributing to cash flow and client experience in a global, data-centric environment. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong Excel/Office skills, and a hybrid work arrangement in Porto, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline
- Experience working within credit control, collections or risk management processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidence working with financial data
- Clear and professional communication skills in English
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
