Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls across all stages of delinquency to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts. Research, identify, and resolve issues contributing to customer delinquency while gathering and analyzing borrower information. Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure accounts remain compliant with investor, regulatory, and company requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and provide exceptional service by resolving complex account issues and disputes. Review accounts to verify adherence to internal policies and applicable standards, analyzing financials to determine appropriate retention options. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while navigating sensitive customer situations with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of mortgage service experience
