Job Summary
Handles inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding balances and works toward payment or resolution; full-time on-site Collections Specialist with potential hybrid schedule after 90 days, based in Dayton, OH. Compensation includes a base pay of $15 per hour and a monthly performance bonus; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and training. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills; schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with one shift 10am–7pm per week.
