Collections Specialist

Collections Specialist is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to determine the best possible method to permanently resolve delinquency using collections and workout techniques; provides excellent customer service, documents interactions, assists borrowers with loan maintenance, inputs data for electronic payments, and supports cross-sell/up-sell opportunities while adhering to scheduling, legal, regulatory, and security controls. Requires 2+ years of collections experience; preferred 5+ years; proficient in MS Office and database software; strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and ability to identify process improvements. Office environment in Plano, TX.
