Collections Specialist

Compare and evaluate loan resolution solutions to recommend options that meet customer needs, and handle outbound and inbound calls to resolve delinquency using collections and workout techniques. Provide knowledgeable responses to servicing questions, assist borrowers with loan maintenance requests, and input data to process electronic payments. Generate additional revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while documenting interactions in the servicing system. Perform loan-related mathematical equations, conduct follow-up research to ensure problem resolution, and adhere to operational controls and scheduling guidelines. Explain payment histories using basic accounting concepts and request corrections when necessary.
