Job Summary
Q2C Specialist supporting Kantar’s financial health and client relationships by monitoring third-party collections performance, analyzing customer accounts and ageing, resolving disputes with internal teams and external partners, and providing data-driven insights for risk assessment, provisioning, and audits. Hybrid role with two to three days in the Porto office; requires fluency in Polish and English, and strong Excel/Office skills to handle financial data and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline
- Experience in credit control, collections or risk management processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidence working with financial data
- Clear and professional communication skills in English
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
