Job Summary
Collections Specialist role supporting the firm’s financial operations: assist Collections Managers with client onboarding, vendor documentation, payment processing, and financial reporting; perform payment research, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams or clients to resolve issues; process refunds via Chrome River; contribute to reporting on outstanding balances and collections activity; deliver accurate financial data and maintain organized files in a fast-paced, client-focused environment; strong communication and proficiency in MS Office, with technical familiarity (Aderant, Chrome River, Workday, PayPal, ARCS) is a plus; hybrid work arrangement in Palo Alto or San Francisco.
