Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect charged-off accounts while establishing connections with consumers to drive company success. Leverage excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation abilities, and customer service expertise to handle debt collection tasks independently and within a team environment. Utilize Microsoft Excel and general computer skills to support daily operations. This full-time, in-office role at Credit Control LLC offers a competitive hourly base pay with a lucrative bonus structure, monthly contests, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications
- Two years of debt collection, sales, or telemarketing experience
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections
