Job Summary
Contact customers for payment, resolve basic disputes, and update account information as part of transactional activities. Review aging reports, support audits, and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This full-time onsite role in Victor, NY requires five days per week without relocation assistance. The position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization.
Required Qualifications
