Job Summary
Engage in daily communication with international customers to collect payments as per agreed terms and propose solutions for any process issues. Actively monitor overdue invoices and find effective solutions with customers and internal departments to protect company assets. Take proactive measures to guarantee open invoices are paid promptly, mitigating risk during crucial deadlines. Provide regular market insights to business leaders while maintaining strict compliance with legal regulations and internal rules. Work within a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in Cabot's Riga business services center, supporting the global specialty chemicals company's mission to advance sustainable solutions.
