Collections Specialist

Job Summary
Collections Specialist responsible for proactive outreach to customers to collect outstanding invoices, manage AR aging, investigate and resolve disputes (including RMAs and billing issues), document activities in internal systems, and collaborate with Sales, Order Management, Logistics, and Revenue Operations. Escalate delinquent accounts per policy to improve DSO, prepare periodic collection performance reports, ensure SOX/compliance, and contribute to optimization of collection strategies. Requires 2+ years in collections/AR, strong English, B2B/B2C experience, familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ preferred, Excel skills, and knowledge of billing procedures and portals (SAP Ariba, Coupa, government portals). Hybrid work arrangement in Manila with on-site presence twice weekly at BGC Taguig and a graveyard shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time, with schedule adjustments based on daylight saving and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in collections or accounts receivable
- Strong English communication
- B2B and/or B2C collections experience
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ preferred but not required
- Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with billing procedures, skip tracing, and AP portals (SAP Ariba, Coupa, U.S. Government portals)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C collections
- Background in Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ is preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with billing procedures, skip tracing techniques, and AP invoice portals such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and various U.S. Government portals
