Job Summary
Collections Specialist responsible for reviewing ePCR and attachments, accurately inputting patient information into the billing system, communicating with coworkers and supervisors, contacting patients and insurance companies, handling patient, client, and insurance collections, following up on claims not paid timely, and managing denials/appeals with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed care and HIPAA compliance. Strong organization, multitasking, and customer service skills required; experience in medical billing within the ambulance sector is a plus. The role supports a 8-hour shift Monday-Friday with benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

- Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience in the Ambulance industry (Not Required, but Huge Plus)
