Job Summary
Contact B2B customers regarding past-due invoices across the 30-60-90 day aging buckets and negotiate payment plans to bring delinquent accounts current. Manage a portfolio of large, medium, and small-sized commercial accounts while documenting collection activity and status updates accurately. This temporary role supports a client of 6 Degrees Group in Alpharetta, GA, focusing on transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of B2B collections experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio and prioritize effectively
Desired Qualifications
