Collections Senior Analyst (Bangkok based, relocation provided)

Manage a portfolio of outstanding receivables through persistent follow-ups and prompt dispute resolutions, recovering overdue payments from hotel partners via calls, emails, and direct negotiations. Meet and exceed assigned collections rate and outreach targets while monitoring invoice statuses in the CRM system and responding to partner inquiries within requisite timeframes. Resolve disputes by communicating with relevant stakeholders, providing payment evidence to the Pay-in team, and escalating uncollected cases to the Debt Collection Agency. Identify workflow pain points and implement best practices to improve collection efficiencies. Work closely with stakeholders to prepare reports and submit data, supporting the team in a fast-paced environment that includes midnight shifts.
