Job Summary
Candidates will be responsible for collecting delinquent automotive accounts efficiently, with a focus on meeting performance expectations and managing client communications professionally. CornerStone Staffing is looking for Collections Representatives with at least 2 years of recent collections experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of RECENT collections experience
- Good job stability (No more than 3 jobs in the last two years)
Desired Qualifications
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Active listening skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative to succeed
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work weekends (up to 2 Saturdays a month and 1 Sunday per quarter)
- Mandatory overtime at month-end
