Job Summary
Initiate collection activities on past due accounts via calls, letters, and emails, while processing credit card payments and posting them to accounts. Maintain accurate account information, communicate with Customer Service Center employees to verify posted items, and resolve all dispute cases to a mutual satisfactory end. Analyze accounts receivable information to determine priority and produce aging reports. This role supports Suburban Propane's mission to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers nationwide while delivering high-level customer service for delinquent accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of collections experience preferred
