Field Collections Representative responsible for visiting customers to negotiate payment arrangements, document interactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and attention to compliance are essential. Eligible for a bonus plan up to $425 monthly, with eligibility beginning after the first full month.
