H-Wave is seeking a motivated Collections Representative to manage outstanding balances, negotiate settlements, and build relationships with adjusters and attorneys. Ideal candidates have collections experience, strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position in the Finance and Insurance industry.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of collections and customer service experience
- Excellent writing and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web applications and databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
