Collections Paralegal

Prepare lawyers for meetings and court hearings by drafting landlord/tenant complaints, filing on eCourts, and researching legal precedent. Assist with collections cases by drafting demand letters, special civil complaints, judgments, information subpoenas, motions to enforce litigants rights, bank levies, and wage garnishment orders. Scan files into electronic copies for future reference and assist with scheduling and updating attorney calendars. Requires 1-5+ years of litigation experience, including Commercial Litigation, Collections, Evictions, and Bankruptcy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
